7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Ireland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

  • Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination location and the selected shipping method.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside of the European Union (including the UK, USA, and Canada), the customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees, or brokerage charges levied by the destination country.

  • Spirit & Shadow is not responsible for international delivery delays caused by postal services, customs clearance processing, or local courier backlogs.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

  • EU & UK Orders: We operate a 14-day return policy for orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • US & Canada Orders: We operate a 30-day return policy for orders shipped to the United States and Canada. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Prior Authorization Required: For all returns, you must contact us first at contact@spiritandshadow.ie for specific return instructions before mailing any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For EU/UK returns, registered post must be used. For US/Canada returns, a trackable international shipping service is highly recommended.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. If a return is accepted for a faulty item, we will cover or refund the return shipping costs.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and hygiene-sensitive items (such as personal care or cosmetic products) cannot be returned.

9. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are purchasing from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer, and registered post must be used.

13. International Forced Returns & Refused Shipments

If an international shipment (USA, Canada, or UK) is refused by the customer upon delivery due to unexpected import duties, local taxes, or any other reason, or if an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and any return freight fees billed to Spirit & Shadow by the carrier. These costs will be deducted directly from your merchandise refund once the stock is securely returned to us in Ireland.

14. Governing Law

This Legal Notice, your use of this website, and any purchasing contracts entered into with Spirit & Shadow shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services must be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Irish court system.
