8. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Ireland and the EU only. We do not ship to the UK or outside of the EU.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and selected shipping method.
  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Spirit & Shadow is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or other third-party courier issues.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and all returns must be sent using registered post.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with photos. If the return is accepted, we will refund the return shipping costs for faulty items only.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and items considered hygiene-sensitive (e.g., personal care items) cannot be returned.

10. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are purchasing from the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer, and registered post must be used.
