CALAFORNIAN WHITE SAGE SMUDGE STICK - 4 INCH CLEANSING TORCH

Clear away stagnant energy and restore intention to your space with this California White Sage Smudge Stick.

Hand-tied with natural cotton string and carefully air-dried, this 4-inch sage torch releases a powerful earthy, herbal aroma when burned. White Sage is traditionally used for smoke cleansing, purification and spiritual protection, making it a meaningful addition to rituals, meditation, crystal cleansing and home blessings.

Open a window before beginning, allowing both the smoke and the energy you wish to release a clear path out. Light the tip, let it burn briefly and gently blow out the flame. Move the rising smoke around your space or sacred objects while holding your cleansing intention firmly in mind.

When your ritual is complete, press the smouldering end firmly into sand or a fireproof dish until fully extinguished. The remaining bundle can be kept for your next cleansing ritual.
